    EY has recently executed 7 phase ranking system and full flexibility to managers to deliver increments and bonus offers.

    You get base salary of brand-new function after promo. Essentially in Big4 slabs are repaired for each level.

    I have discussed below broad base salary at many of levels

    Associate Executive- INR 6-7 Lacs

    Executive – INR 8-9 Lacs

    Assistant supervisor- INR 13 – 14 Lacs

    Manager – INR 18-22 Lacs

    Senior Supervisor – INR 26-30 Lacs

    Associate Director- INR 36-45 Lacs

    Directors and partners – Extremely variable

    And for each year post base level your raise with a %point.

    So increment post promo is dependent on your level prior to promo. For example if you were an executive 3rd year, your income will be around 11.5 lacs at executive, Post promo you may get 13.5. %increment will be lower.

    I was working with EY GDS for about one year or two. The business is good however the workplace in a few of the groups is harmful. My supervisor was heading international marketing, and was racist to the core. There were so many exits throughout my time in the group and everybody was dissatisfied due to the organisational politics and power play in the group. While she was sharp and good at her work, she had no individuals management abilities and she would take pleasure in divide and guideline viewpoint. A great deal of excellent individuals left the system throughout that time. EY not did anything to stop that behaviour.
